London-Citigroup Feb 7 raised its Brent crude price forecast for this year by 12%,partly because it expects OPEC to target higher prices to compensate for a drop in the US dollar.European benchmark Brent crude will average us37/bbl this year,up from a previos forecast of us 33/bbl,Citigroup said in a note.
