ZIMBABWE is not benefiting from the operations of China's Anjin, which mines, diamonds from the Marange deposit, Finance Minister Tendai Biti has said. "We haven't received one cent from China's Anjin diamond mining company, yet Anjin is seven times bigger than other miners in Marange," Biti told reporters in Harare, the capital, last week. Gem sales from Zimbabwe's Marange diamond fields were "opaque" and miners were not accountable, he said.
