摘要

Polyglycidol and its derivatives have been of great interest during the past years due to its biocompatibility and to the fact that hyperbranched polyglycidols with a relatively narrow molecular weight distribution are accessible. In particular, the high functionality of linear and hyperbranched polyglycidols makes them interesting for biomedical applications, such as drug carrier systems.
