Indonesia's Bontang LNG plant may be the second-largest in Asia after the Bintulu facility in Malaysia, but the clout of its operator as a seller will be severely tested in the latest spot sale tender issued amid a buyer's market. The tender issued on Monday offers two to three cargoes a month for loading between September and December for a total of eight to twelve cargoes from the 22.5 million ton per year Bontang facility.
