Roc Advances Beibu Fields

Australia’s Roc Oil has concluded a supplemental development agreement for the ongoing development of the WZ 6-12 and WZ 12-8 West fields in Block 22/12 offshore China in the Beibu Gulf. The agreement outlines commercial terms agreed with state player China National Offshore Oil Corp. (CNOOC) earlier in May as well as other arrangements, Roc said. The proposed development includes the use of existing CNOOC facilities to host output from both fields, which is expected by the second half of 2012.
