Maersk Oil is restructuring its operations from Apr. 15 as part of moves to bolster the company's technical expertise, widen its global reach and enhance its business development activities.Under the plans announced Thursday, a number of staff will be reshuffled and two new units added to the group - corporate technology & projects and global production operations.
