Koreans Go to Court to Challenge Nigeria Contract Cancellation

A South Korean consortium led by Korea National Oil Corp. (KNOC) went to the Nigerian high court this week to ask for a judicial review of Abuja's decision to withdraw its exploration rights to deepwater Blocks OPL 321 and OPL 323, the company told International Oil Daily on Thursday. It filed a motion for review earlier this month.
