Paris, France: French company Rhodia plans to acquire China-based Feixiang Chemicals to combine technology and strengthen its surfactant business. The transaction value is based on an enterprise value of USD 489 million for 100 per cent of the company, representing an estimated 2010 EBITDA multiple of around 9x.
