SOLVIN,A 75:25 joint venture between Belgium's Solvay and BASF,is an integrated player for chlorine via ethylene dichloride(EDC),vinyl chloride(VCM)and polyvinyl chloride(PVC).The company has a network of plants across Europe.It operates two electrolysis units on its Solvay Antwerp site,plus a further electrolysis unit and EDC production on the nearby BASF Antwerp site.
