Is your organization realizing full value from your management systems? When organizations experience less than the maximum value a system has to offer,the problem often stems from excessive focus on conformance at the expense of the system's value.In the certification process,conformance needs to be as much about system value as it is about meeting requirements.The formulaic check-listing some registrars employ,devalues the processes organizations have in place for quality assurance.In fact,organizations can experience tremendous value potential from a fully implemented management system.At ABS QE,we have integrated into our certification: process a simple,effective approach to focus attention on the value of management systems.
