Non-stationary processes of electrocrystallization

摘要

Basic concepts and techniques of electrochemical deposition of metals and alloys by the pulse current are discussed in the review. The following problems are involved: the basic diffusion problems, the role of pauses and anodic pulses, maximum current densities, current distribution, current efficiency, impurities codeposition, deposition of alloys and compositionally modulated structures.
