Problems of rock drilling tools quality ensuring in conditions of market economy

In article are examined a history of estab-lishing and problems of functioning of the service centers "Neftemashservis" in today conditions of market economy. The experience of foundation and working of the service center of a new type - "Samara-neftemashservis "is considered. The importance of maintenance and development of contacts of the centre with various scientific organizations of the country and, realization own research and development program for improving of rock drilling tools quality is marked.
