Zoon Balanitis in a Middle-aged Man

Zoon balanitis, or plasma cell balani-tis, is a chronic, benign, rare inflam-matory disorder that manifests aslesions localized on the glans penis andprepuce. The cause is unknown. It typi-cally occurs in middle-aged and elderlyuncircumcised men. Here we present thecase of a middle-aged man with Zoonbalanitis who was treated with topicalcorticosteroids and tacrolimus.
