摘要

Calculations of stressed state of wall of the coiled tank of 50000 cubic meters capacity during welding-in of sheets-inserts are presented. Theoretical evaluation of feasibility of wall buckling, caused by the action of residual welding stresses, is given. It is shown that the technology of welding, recommended by standards, does not preserve the design geometric shape of the wall in replacement of its vertical site welded joints in a single line by the joints with welds layout in girths.
