摘要

Theoretical and experimental investigations of a contact area formation in producing glued-welded joints using a resistance spot welding (RSW) of matched surfaces of the parts having a pre-deposited layer of a glue with different reological characteristics are presented. A mechanism of influence of a boundary layer of the glue on the formation of contact at increasing and decreasing of compression force at the welding machine electrodes has been established. Recommendations are given for the creation of glued compositions having required reological characteristics to produce glued-welded RSW joints along the glue layer.
