Active experiments in the near-earth space

摘要

Unique experiments on probing and perturbation of extraterrestrial plasma by the method of artificial injection of electrons using a special electron-beam equipment are described. The experience in the development of such board equipment has a large influence on the development of industrial equipment for welding and special electrometallurgy. In on-land equipment, which is developed at the present time, the technical solutions, primarily approved in space installations, are used to a considerable extent.
