摘要

We demonstrate ultra-fast all-optical signal processing that are programmable multi-wavelength generation and error-free asynchronous all-optical time-division and amplitude-division demultiplexing based on intensity-dependent self-frequency shirt in GHz Raman soliton. A tuning range of 32 nm and multi-wavelength generation are achieved at a 10 6Hz clock rate and a quasi-320 6Hz OTDM signal. An 800 Gbit/s (128 × 6.3 Gbit/s) OTDM signal is simultaneously demultiplexed to 6.3 Gbit/s multiple-channel signals. Furthermore, our demultiplexer is capable of demultiplexing from overlapping OTDM signals with 2.0 psS pulse width and 780 fs time delay.
