摘要

As the wireless technology has been evolved, the wireless internet for supporting the mobile computing environments has been prevailing to enhance the end user's real-time applications usability and it's convenience. Wireless communication network can also access the various and the abundant contents which are located in the World Wide Web through the gateway. This study adapted the LEO satellite data communication system for accessing scheme for the wireless internet ITS. Though the satellite communication systems has the defectives like longer delay, narrower link bandwidth, higher transmission error rate, more link outage problems than the other communication systems in general, it also has the outstanding advantages like the world wide coverage within one system or the cost effectiveness of implementing them. Considering the defectives and the advantages of the satellite systems, the logistic mechanism that operates based on predictive algorithm when the system detected it's defective patterns has been designed and implemented to provide the seamless services for the wireless users or the mobile vehicle through the handy terminal. The terminal has also equipped with the GPS capability for the user or the vehicle positioning besides its capability to send and receive the text data. So it can send or receive the positional data with operational data together.
