摘要

A aerial ultrasonic wave modulated by an audible sound signal comprises an audible sound on the way of propagation by the parametric array effect and makes a directional audible sound field. But if we focus the ultrasonic wave by a parabolic surface to make it as a beam the audible sound field is also turns into a sharp beam. We are thinking of applying the beam to some systems such as audio-guide for walking. As for walking guide, the guided person walks along the beam keeping himself within the beam by listening the sound. In this case, It is important how guided person localizes the beam sound. This report shows the Hound beam, it's localization properties and some results of tracking the sound beam.
