Digital deformation vacuum-gauge with LC-generator

Design of the bellows pressure transducer, the principal circuits of the LC-generator and of microprocessor block are submitted. Error less than 0.05 % is provided by an analytical function of《Pressure - frequency》 transformation and special adjustment technique. The dynamic range is up to 10{sup}5. The set of developed devices provide measurement of pressure in line 10{sup}3, 10{sup}4, 10{sup}5 Pa.
