摘要

Recently, the extensive use of plastic packaging materials has been recognized as a source of plastic waste pollution and is an ongoing social problem. To alleviate this problem, the use of laminated bags has been focused on. However, bag breakage is a frequent occurrence as the laminated films used for liquid packing bags and very thin single films pasted together which are easily affected by the environmental temperature. In this study, impact tensile experiments were carried out to determine the relationship between the effective length of the heat-seal used for the liquid packing bags and the tensile force by changing the environmental temperature and the length of the heat-seal. It was concluded that the heat-seal length of 1200μm is sufficient to prevent bag breakage during their use under reasonable environmental temperature changes.
