Study of the frightful incidents on ships maneuvering

We analyzed the contents of frightful incidents reported by about 1,900 seafarers, captains, officers and pilots, and made study of the Human Factor on maneuvering, through the various causes of these incidents. Now, we obtained ratios in which their knowledge, skill, ability to pay attention, team work at bridge and the other items took causes. The related data and result is shown on many tables.
