摘要

With the integration of software engineering and networking technology, the architecture of communication networks that acts as an autonomous distributed system is designed by the way of physical, intermediate, and application layers. As a basic step for studying the network architecture, the control scheme for network flows is proposed in terms of complex systems in order to obtain stable performance such as communication quantity. The issues on robustness, a NCS model for robust networks, and its application in network flow control are discussed.
