Domestic prices will stay unchanged in Russia and Kazakhstan amid stable export quotations for July material. At the same time, Ukrainian producers will raise offers to local customers, having sold their July rolling of HR coils at $30/t higher prices. An upturn in demand from foreign customers after Ramadan (late August-September) will result in a growth of export quotations, leading to higher domestic prices in Russia and Kazakhstan.
