摘要

An approach on the base of the tree of solutions is recommended to establish connection between strategy of the plant development and possibility to achieve it on the base of marketing and forecast of situation in the markets of tube products. A forecast of the annual average requirement in pipes for gas- and oil pipelines was developed. It is shown that situation in the markets of tube products abroad will be favorable for the open joint-stock company《Khartzyzski tube works》with substantial rise of products quality and use of offensive marketing strategy.
