摘要

In pulse width modulated (PWM) voltage inverters introduction of dead time is essential in order to prevent the short circuit of the power supply. This causes an increase in temperature leading to an increase in resistance of the stator windings of the induction motor. The present study measures the variation of temperature with dead time.
