摘要

Speed control induction motor at very low frequency is a challenging work and the v/f profile is not linear at very low speed. In this paper experimental work has been carried out with the 3-phase induction motor at very low speed and the linearization characteristics of voltage to frequency has been considerably improved by using 3-phase drive constructed with Darlington transistors.
