A static magnetometer with a built in furnace

摘要

For the study of remnant magnetization of geological samples under temperature variation, the fabrication of a simple, prototype, indigenous and effective furnace which incorporates well with the astatic magnetometer is discussed here. Some samples are taken and their palaeomagnetic values and curie points are recorded to test the efficacy of the furnace.
