EMBRYOGENESIS IN TARANTULAS WITH REFERENCE TO PSALMOPOEUS CAMBRIDGEI

Embryonic development in tarantulas is still poorly studied, even though there are new methods of study: using the latest equipment and technologies, the use of dyes allowing us to explore the formative stages of a spider more closely. However, it is often difficult to obtain a brood to study under laboratory conditions. Therefore, I propose my own method of recognising the developmental stages. I have already outlined my method of artificially incubating tarantula eggs in a previous article (Zinov, 2011), a method which can be easily replicated by everyone. Therefore, at the heart of this experiment for investigating spider egg development was the artificial incubator.
