Ray A.Dickie,editor of JCT Research and JCT CoatingsTech,has been named the 2004 recipient of FSCT's highest honor,the George Baugh Heckel Award.Presentation of the award will be made at the opening session of FSCT's 82nd annual meeting,at 8 am on Oct.27.
