摘要

Providing excellent health care requires knowledge of the latest research about health conditions and their treatments. Health care providers thus need to be active in pursuing the most current evidence to support their practice. The literature includes much information about how to search for research evidence to support practice. However, less information has been published regarding sources for evidence that are available online; these online sources provide easy access to and use of material. Many sources have been in existence for several decades.
