摘要

A borosilicate glass monolith containing zirconium was corroded at 90degreesC under static conditions. Grazing incidence small angle X-ray scattering (GISAXS) experiments were performed, for the first time, at the scaled intensity. The combination of chemical and GISAXS analyses allowed us to characterize the structure of the superficial layer of an altered glass monolith and to demonstrate its homogeneity in depth. Furthermore, the results obtained on monoliths, are identical to the ones obtained on grains powders, at least for this simple composition. (C) 2004 Published by Elsevier B.V.
