摘要

A series of photodetectors based on BiOBr_xI(Cl)_(1-x) films are fabricated via a facile and rapid interfacial self-assembly method. The photodetectors show a high signal to noise ratio, and the cutoff wavelength can be tuned over a broad range from the visible to the ultraviolet region simply by changing the composition of the BiOBr_xI(Cl)_(1-x) films.
