Turkish mills prefer to buy European scrap

Business activity remains slow in the Turkish scrap market this week. Mills are dealing only with those exporters who follow a flexible pricing policy, and European suppliers are in the most favourable situation now as they have room for reducing US dollar prices amid the much weaker euro. As a result, the contracts are signed only with European suppliers.
