At the start of the month, conditions in the Spanish market for flat products have improved on stronger demand from consuming industries in Q2. According to ANFAC, car output and exports rose by some 9% year-on-year in May. Car production increased by 17% and exports – by 16% month-on-month in the period. So, traders and service centres have raised purchases on growing end-user demand. Moreover, the majority of buyers have run out of their inventories.
