The Chinese section market remains bearish amid end-users’ slack demand domestically and in main foreign markets (SE Asia, Middle East). In particular, Tangshan Hongrun has cut prices for its entire sections range by $30-40/t month-on-month. Tangshan Grand Faith Steel is currently on the sidelines, expecting the situation to improve soon.
