Within the next two years China’s Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel Co. must be relocated from Shijiazhuang,a Hebei province’s capital, aiming to reduce the level of pollutions in one of the nation’s 10 most-pollutedcities. The site is one of at least four such plants ordered to move from downtown areas in the nation’spremier steel-making province.
