A Study on the Japanese Species of the Genus Bolitobius Samouelle (Coleoptera, Staphylinidae)

The Japanese species of the genus Bolitobius are reviewed. Two new species Bolitobius okamotoi and Bolitobius longicornis are described from Shikoku, Western Japan. All the known species are briefly described and major diagnostic characters are illustrated. A key to the Japanese species of this genus is provided.
