The Asymptotic Behavior of Solutions to Systems of Neutral-Type Functional-Differential Equations

In this paper, we obtain sharp estimates for solutions to systems of neutral-type differential-difference equations of an arbitrary differential order and consider some spectral questions related to the Riesz basis property of a system of exponential solutions to such equations. The results of this paper strengthen and develop those obtained in [7-12].
