The new Yanmar YT3 Series compact tractors are available with factory-installed cabs and sport an exterior design created by Ken Okuyama. As an industrial designer, Okuyama's time with Italian firm Pininfarina included the design and supervision of supercar projects from Maserati and Ferrari. "It's a bold and aggressive appearance for a tractor and that is very deliberate to set these new-technology tractors apart from anything done before in the compact tractor industry," said Okuyama, who along with leading Ken Okuyama Design is a director of Yanmar Holdings Co. Ltd., the Osaka, Japan-based parent company of Yanmar's engine, agriculture and construction equipment businesses.
