LLC, Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. and UBS financial advisers to assist it solicit and evaluate proposals from prospective strategic partners to develop its Liquid Niugini LNG export project in Papua. InterOil anticipates that proposals will lead to finding an internationally recognized operator and equity partner thatwill purchase interests in the Elk,Antelope and other InterOil ex-ploration tenements.
