Energy Conservation with Mist type Water Jet Vacuum Condenser

Mass transfer operations for various processes in the chemical industry require perfect vacuum with a gaseous pressure of absolute zero, which is a hypothetical situation. Steam ejectors or vacuum pumps are used to handle both condensable and non-condensable gases as per the vacuum required. This requires large quantities of steam and high power consumptions. Mist Type Water Jet Vacuum Condensers perform multiple functions of condensation of vapours and production of vacuum in the same unit by water pressure, thus conserving huge amount of power.
