CARB Formally Proposes Low-Carbon Fuel Standard Rule

The California Air Resources Board on March 5 formally unveiled its proposed "low carbon fuel standard" regulatory language that is heading for a CARB board hearing and vote on April 23.CARB's staff report is available here.The LCFS rule is expected to have an important impact on future U.S. EPA fuels regulation, as well as influencing possible future amendments to European biofuels legislation and similar legislation in many other countries.
