NPRA Submits Comments on U.S. GHG Registry

The National Petrochemical & Refiners Association last week submitted comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regarding the proposed greenhouse gas emissions registry.Under the proposed plan, approximately 13,000 facilities - GHG emissions from which represent 85%-90% of total U.S. GHG emissions - would be required to submit an annual report starting in 2011.
