With U.S. EPA poised to release its RFS2 proposal (see related story, this issue) the National Petrochemical and Refiners Association (NPRA), along with associations representing the interests of engine manufacturers, boat owners and specialty vehicles, released its own statement warning EPA not to increase ethanol blend levels.
