Frontier Oil and its insurance provider will settle the Beverly Hills lawsuits, filed by area residents and former students of Beverly Hills, Calif., in 2003, for 10 million. Frontier's share of the cost is approximately 6.2 million."We are pleased to be able to put this litigation behind us," said Frontier Chairman, President and CEO Jim Gibbs. The settlement, he said, will "allow us to focus on the business of the company."
