The average U.S. retail gasoline price went down for the fifth week in row, falling 10.4 c/gal, to 2.38/gal during the week ending Nov. 7, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) said in its latest weekly report. The price had fallen about 12 c/gal in each of the previous three weeks. It fell about 55 c/gal from its post-Hurricane Rita high but remains 18.7% higher than it was one year ago.
