Argonne Partners With Automakers on PHEV Research

The U.S. Department of Energy's Argonne National Laboratory announced several partnerships it was undertaking with automakers on plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) technology.The Illinois-based laboratory said it has developed a test procedure for determining advertised fuel economy for PHEVs.
