US Excelerate energy is moving ahead full-throttle to get its groposed offshore LNG port for regasification vessels at teesside in the UK up and running by crunch time this winter.Only two local permits are still needed to start construction,and excelerate expects to get final approval "within the next couple of weeks,"the company's chief Executive kathleen Eisbrenner tells WGI.
