Jamaica's first floating regas terminal could already be in trouble, just one week after the country selected an Exmar-led consortium to build the 1.2 million ton per year (158 million cubic foot per day) facili- ty: Jamaica's Office of the Contractor General (OGG) last week raided Ministry of Energy and Mining and state Petroleum Corp. of Jamaica (PCJ) offices, seizing records and emails associated with the bidding process for the LNG project.
